#TotalMommyMakeover Round 1, Week 2
This week we learned something really important: what you don’t prioritize, you won’t do. We started out like a wobbly racehorse leaving the gate and collapsed before the week was halfway through. We weren’t taking our nutrition seriously, we didn’t do our Miracle Morning (which includes working out), and we didn’t honor our commitment to ourselves.
Round 1, Week 2 Report
What is your journey about?
The 21 Day Fix challenge is a 21-day event but it’s part of a larger, LIFETIME commitment to self-improvement. Having abs and being chiseled like Autumn Calabrese would be amazeballs but heck, imagine getting PERFECT scores on all of your bloodwork. Imagine having all the energy you need and want to keep up with your kids or grandkids. Imagine being in such AMAZING health that you can be self-sufficient until the day the Good Lord calls you home.
How many of us want to have someone wiping our bottoms because we can’t? I certainly don’t! Even if it’s inevitable, I will fight that day with everything I have. Which goes to show how wrong this week was.
It turns out, we have to fight for every day. Every workout. Every 21 Day Fix container we consume and log. There’s a reason for all of this. It’s called life and living the best one we can. We forgot our why this week but we’re committed to this as a lifetime journey.
So, next week, watch out! We’re ready and gunning for you.
