Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Shakeology (2 Ways!)

🎤 It’s beginning to feel a lot like winter. 🎶  In Texas. FINALLY! My 4-year old daughter and I LOVE cooler weather. My 16-year old son? Not so much. Although he’s into snow just as much as we are.

Yeah, I don’t get it either.

Anyway, cooler weather means a switch in our foodie treats. It’s time for a freaking Pumpkin Spice Latte, ya’ll!

It’s sooo easy to fall into the mental trap of shooting down deliciousness because we’re taking our fitness seriously. We’re faithfully following our chosen workout routines and being deliberate about everything we put into our bodies. There’s no room for treats!

Regardless of what workout or menu plan you are following, you KNOW there’s a way to have at least one Pumpkin Spice Latte (or three) per week AND have it fit into the recommended guidelines to boot!

Pumpkin Spice Shakeology Latte

There are two – yes, 2! – ways to have your Pumpkin Spice Shakeology Latte:

  1. Using Pumpkin Spice Vegan Shakeology
  2. Using Vanilla Vegan (or Vanilla) Shakeology

Obviously, the easiest way is to have thePumpkin Spice Vegan Shakeology but it’s not that much harder to go with the Vanilla Vegan (or Vanilla) Shakeology method. There’s only a 2kcal difference between them and both have just one step (blending) so either would be a great choice.

 

Pumpkin Spice Vegan Shakeology Recipe

Time: 10 mins
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ scoop Café Latte Vegan Shakeology
  • ½ scoop Pumpkin Spice Vegan Shakeology
Instructions
  1. Place almond milk*, ice, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Portion Information

  • P90X/P90X2:1½ Protein, ½ Single-Serving Snack
  • P90X3:½ Carb, 1½ Protein
  • Fix Containers:1 Red, 1 tsp.
  • 2B Mindset Plate It!: A great snack(tional) or enjoy as part of breakfast.

 

Vanilla Vegan (or Vanilla) Shakeology Recipe

Serves 1, 192kcal
Time: 10 mins
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ scoop Café Latte Vegan Shakeology
  • ½ scoop Vanilla Vegan (or Vanilla) Shakeology
  • ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
